Sheryl Ephriam Steadman is a visionary leader with a profound passion for empowering rural communities and the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) population. As the Founder and CEO of H.O.P.E. Collective, Inc., she is devoted to driving positive change and promoting equity in underserved areas.

Under Sheryl's guidance, H.O.P.E. Collective, Inc. is quickly becoming a catalyst for change. The organization's mission is to create sustainable opportunities, foster community empowerment, and address systemic inequalities. Through innovative programs and partnerships, H.O.P.E. Collective, Inc. has successfully implemented initiatives that promote access in underserved areas. Her ability to build trust and forge meaningful relationships has been instrumental in bridging gaps and effecting positive change. 


Sheryl is more than a Founder and CEO; she is a beacon of hope and a driving force for transformation. As a result of growing up in a small town in South Carolina, her unwavering dedication through volunteerism and service inspires all who strive for a more equitable and just society.
